When I connect it to iPhone it says “This accessory was not designed to be used with iPhone” … So my question is that is it dangerous to keep using it with my iPhone or should i stop doing that and get a new AV cable for my iPhone …

Yes, all apple ipods have the same port. Therefore it will be compatible.

it depends on which iPhone u have. if it is the 3G or 3Gs it should be fine but if it is the 2G (the first one) u should buy a new 1

yes it is. the iphone is just an ipod with some other features.
