You cannot do it through your iPhone.
You gotta ask her to log into her iTunes store account on your computer, and re-download the application onto you computer for you. She is allowed to download the same application upto 5 times I think.

Jailbreak your iphone. Download Open ssh and crackulous form cydia. open crackulous and crack your paid app. ssh into your iphone and take out the app from the applications folder. Then get your friend to jailbreak her iphone and get her to download a cracked mobileinstallation file. Then ssh into her iphone and add the app. Or just jailbreak her iphone and download hackulous and then you or her can download all apps for free!
