I looked for the same thing a while ago, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy solution. As far as I can tell, you need to be running OSX to use the SDK.

Don’t bother. If you’re serious about developing iPhone apps then save yourself a lot of time, effort and hassle and just buy a cheap Mac (e.g. Mac Mini – make sure it’s the newer Intel kind though). All the developer tools are free from Apple.
