Yer my computor broke and i got a new one and accidently synced it with the new one because it does it automatically, can i get my apps off the broken computor anyway?

Apple will not charge you to redownload an application to your phone. As long as you use the same apple ID you can redownload them all. If you don’t remember exactly which applications you had, you can look at you purchase history in your account information to make sure you download the right ones.

The answer is simple. Applications can be re-downloaded in any computer as long as it has iTunes and you have signed it with your apple id and password.
No matter if they were free or not, you have the right to get them again onto any computer.
When you will click “Install” you will see a message “you have already purchased this application, do you want to download it again for free?”
Then you click yes and you get it again. Make sure that you are signed in with your own account and everything will go ok!

Remove you hard drive from the old computer and place it in the new one.

just take your old hard drive and put it in your new computer and set it to slave.
