What are the best free iphone apps that every iphone user should get?

Yer my computor broke and i got a new one and accidently synced it with the new one because it does it automatically, can i get my apps off the broken computor anyway?

I’m loading some apps at the moment and i was wondering is that using my internet time?
and when i bought the iphone the guy at the shop showed me how to see how much internet i’ve used but i’ve forgotten how, does anyone know????

Im thinking to restore my iphone 3g and dont want to lose my apps.
Then when I do restore it, how do I sync it back?

Does the iPod Touch have all of the same applications that an iPhone does? If not, what apps DOES the iPod Touch have?
I really want to get an iPod Touch, but mostly because I want the applications (I want the iPhone but that’s NEVER happening) so I don’t want to be let down when I get it and there aren’t as many of the cool applications!

I jus got an iphone and want some apps. To get apps you have to have an account with itunes which requires a credit card #, but i don’t have a credit card. I dont want to buy apps jus get some free ones.
