Namely the free app called Tris. They discontinued it and now only offer a non-free version of tetris. Can i sync his app to my iphone without losing my own apps or being able to sync new apps from my own computer?

Hey guys. I recently downloaded a torrent with some iPhone apps. How do i get them on my iPhone? Reason why i got them of a torrent and not just used Installous is because my currrent deal from my PhonePusher got way to overpriced data traffic. So how do i get the apps from my computer onto my iPhone?
